3. Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 26 Links Drive, Pinelands, Cape Town. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas
Associated Imports & Distributors delivers nationwide within South Africa. We utilize reputable local couriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
Shipping Rates
Main Centers: Flat rate shipping of R140.
Regional/Outlying Areas: Additional surcharges may apply based on the delivery address provided at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times Shipping times vary depending on your location:
Cape Town & Surroundings: 1–2 Business Days.
Main Centers (JHB, PTA, DBN): 2–4 Business Days.
Regional/Rural Areas: 5–7 Business Days.
Note: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday. No deliveries take place on Weekends or Public Holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s portal.
P.O. Boxes
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Postnet Suites. A physical address where someone is available to sign for the parcel during office hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) is required.
